Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to provide workforce insights and recommendations that support organisational performance, employee retention, and long-term talent sustainability.
  • Develop meaningful workforce metrics, management reports, and analytical dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement through process redesign, automation, and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Lead business and people-related transformation initiatives, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and successful implementation of new practices and policies.
  • Drive the enhancement and optimisation of HR technologies and digital platforms to improve operational effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Oversee the continuous improvement and digitalisation of employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, workforce administration, scheduling, attendance management, workforce planning, and employee separation activities.
  • Manage external service providers and employee programmes, ensuring efficient administration, compliance, and alignment with organisational policies.
  • Support annual workforce budgeting exercises, labour cost forecasting, remuneration planning, and related financial reviews in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Design, review, and enhance reward programmes, job architecture, salary frameworks, and recognition initiatives to ensure competitiveness and business alignment.
  • Monitor external market trends, industry developments, and emerging people practices to provide recommendations on workforce and reward strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on people-related matters, providing practical solutions to complex organisational and workforce challenges.
  • Provide leadership across strategic and operational initiatives while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving.

 

Requirements
  • Proven experience working within complex, employee-intensive operating environments with large and diverse workforce populations.
  • Strong expertise in workforce planning, rewards, compensation management, or broader people operations functions.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience with progressive responsibility in human resources.
  • Demonstrated success in leading organisational improvement, transformation, or process optimisation initiatives.
  • Experience managing HR technology platforms, system enhancement projects, and digital workforce solutions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret workforce data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting or analytics tools.
  • Commercially astute with sound business judgement and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities independently within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Professional fluency in both English and Chinese.
