• Manage procurement operations

Responsibilities
  • Support procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, purchasing, and contract administration.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain procurement records and reports.
  • Liaise with suppliers on pricing, service quality, and commercial terms.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding and performance evaluations.
  • Partner with internal departments to fulfil business purchasing needs.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvement.
  • Assist with administrative duties and ad hoc projects.
Requirements
  • Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1+ years of procurement experience; telecommunications industry experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of procurement and supplier management processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
