Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic post-sales technical support to clients via phone and email.
• Assist in remote monitoring of plant performance and checking system alarms.
• Support on-site activities including commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar PV and ESS systems.
• Assist with configuration of communication systems and data loggers for monitoring and SCADA integration.
• Participate in routine inspections, testing, and fault diagnosis under supervision.
• Prepare service reports and documentation.
• Follow all WHS and electrical safety procedures (including PPE and LOTO).

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related discipline (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic understanding of electrical systems or power systems.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English – mandatory due to cross-regional team collaboration.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across NSW.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
