Key Responsibilities

  • Execute accurate and timely processing of trust-related client and trustee payments, by maintaining high service quality through efficient productivity handling of daily operations and ad-hoc reporting tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold service standards and delivery by displaying confidence to work independently, as well as strong resilience to working under pressure.
  • Assist in delivering compliant trust/estate administration alongside Trust Relationship Managers (TRMs).
  • Support the Team Head in implementing operational strategies and achieving business goals, whilst actively practicing speak up culture in seeking improvements in ways of working.
  • Contribute to continuous process efficiency & improvement through a transformational mindset.
  • Contribute to a strong compliance culture in line with Group policies and regularity expectations.

 

Experience & Qualifications

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of payments, banking operations, and back-office processes.
  • Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
