1. Develop and deploy secure, on-premise AI solutions to support internal business operations while ensuring data privacy and compliance.
2. Design and maintain speech-to-text transcription systems with automated summarization capabilities for confidential audio records.
3. Fine-tune and optimize custom AI models, including translation and conversational AI applications, using domain-specific datasets.
4. Build and enhance AI pipelines by integrating technologies such as keyword extraction, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and large language models.
5. Process and structure sensitive business data to generate high-quality training datasets and improve chatbot performance and accuracy.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
2. At least 4 years hands-on experience in AI/ML model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and LLM deployment in secure environments.
3. Strong knowledge of NLP technologies, including speech recognition, machine translation, text summarization, and chatbot development.
4. Experience with RAG frameworks, vector databases, and handling confidential or regulated data.
5. Proficiency in Python and common AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face), with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
