Job Description
All the proposed designated personnel must meet the following minimum requirements: -
(a) A recognized degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent;
(b) At least five (5) years of solid post-undergraduate experience in IT application
development of which three (3) years must be in similar post and in a comparable capacity while proficiency in the following is a must:
− Java EE
− Spring Framework
− Relational database (e.g. Oracle with PL/SQL)
(c) The candidates with proficiency in the following would be an advantage:
− REST web service
− JSF/ICEfaces/ACE components
− iBATIS, myBATIS, Hibernate
− IBM WebSphere, MyEclipse/Eclipse
− JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML, JSON, ReactJS
− Responsive web design
(d) Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
(e) Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills;
(f) Conversant with SDLC development methodology; and
(g) Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Current Job Duties:
Preparation the Requirement and Function Specification (RFS) for the replacement of Payment Notice Handling System (PNS) for endorsement
Preparation the Requirement and Function Specification (RFS) sfor the replacement of Enforcement Management System (EMS) for endorsement.
Interview business users to gather business and technical requirements
Design prototype for PNS and EMS;
Contribute to project deliverables, including System Analysis and Design, User Requirements (UR), Test Plan (and Results)
Conduct System Integration Test (SIT), troubleshooting for the existing system (PNS)
Languages: J2EE, ACE components, RESTful API, JSF
Database: Oracle SQL Developer, myBATIS
Server: Websphere application server
