Experience in E2E application delivery to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality distribution digital platform solutions. This role will involve working closely with the business, solution architect and functional architect to transform business initiatives into technical solutions.

Job Description
Planning

• Collaborate with business divisions to define project scope and planning during project initiation phases with clarity on business objectives and outcomes.
• Support delivery lead or scrum master on the project timeline for the implementation approaches.

Business Advisory

• Help customers fully understand the value of the applications to the business.
• Provide inputs to business proposals to ensure technical contents are covered correctly.

Solution Delivery

• Facilitate requirement discussions and help delivery team to understand business requirements.
• Support delivery team to perform analysis and design. Discuss, challenge, and validate their recommendation, analysis, and estimation to fulfill expectation.
• Support delivery team to build, integrate, test and deliver application solution.
• Review solution deliverables to ensure they meet policies, standards, and quality requirement.
• Monitor the projects throughout the delivery life cycle aim at controlling the scope, schedule, and cost for IT projects.
• Oversee the delivery of trainings and knowledge transfer to the production support teams to ensure necessary knowledge is transferred.

Experience And Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT solution delivery, with experience in the insurance/financial services field is an advantage.

Skills

• Good system analysis and design skill.
• Good requirement translation skill.
• Good analytical, inter-personal and problem-solving skills
• Good command of Cantonese, written and spoken English
• Good understanding of SDLC, agile methodology, quality assurance process and changes process.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for cross-functional team engagement.
• Working knowledge of Distribution Digital Platform system development.
• Hands-on experience across following areas is an advantage:
• Web development (ReactNative, Node, Restful API)
• BE development (GO, Java Spring Boot)
• Database development (MSSQL, MongoDB)
• Cloud services (Azure, Azure DevOps)
• Development tools (GIT, Maven, Eclipse, Jenkins)
• Red Hat Linux basics
