Senior Network/Network Engineer (Up to 35K, Multiple Opening)

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operations, installation, deployment, troubleshooting, and technical support for large-scale network environments, covering servers, network devices, and security products (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, SonicWall, H3C, Huawei, Aruba ClearPass)
- Manage firewall rules, ACLs, VLANs, NAC, and Azure cloud networking (including NSG); execute patching/upgrades and configure routers, switches, access points, and VPNs
- Participate in network and security infrastructure projects, coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Provide Tier 2 remote and on-site support, resolve complex incidents, and meet SLA requirements; track Tier 1 activities to keep incidents, problems, and changes under control
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records
Requirement:
- Higher diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System, Software Engineering or related field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Linux, VMware, SAN Storage and TCP/IP in LAN/WAN network environment
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in firewall, (e.g. Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Holder of valid CCNA/CCNP/CCSE/NSE7/PMP certification is an advantage
