Job Responsibilities:
- Budget Management: Align team performance indicators with corporate direction; oversee daily operational data analysis and manage strategic risk minimization.
- Revenue Management: Formulate route development strategies based on industry trend predictions and proactive market research.
- Marketing: Manage brand positioning and sales model strategies; organize the marketing system to guide subordinates toward revenue targets.
- Team Management: Define duties and allocate tasks based on team members' capabilities and behavioral traits to ensure optimal role fit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business-related field.
- 8+ years of experience in the beverage industry is highly preferable.
- Good command in written and spoken Cantonese and English.
- Excellent negotiation, pitching, and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with CEO and board members.
- Strong P&L management capabilities
