Position: Sales Administrator / Accounting Clerk
Job responsibilities:
Provide general sales administrative support.
Responsible for preparing price lists, quote sheets, data entry, reports, completing forms, arranging samples and other related tasks.
Collaborate with internal and external parties to coordinate assigned projects until completion.
Responsible for all office administration & maintenance duties and accounting.
Handle other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor holder or above in any related discipline
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in sales/admin/accounting supporting role.
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Immediate availability is highly preferred
