Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute promotion events, marketing campaigns and festive activities to enhance shopper experience and support tenant business
  • Manage daily mall operations, tenant communications, customer relations and complaint handling
  • Operate customer service hotline and respond to enquiries/complaints efficiently
  • Provide administrative and on-site support for mall management, including reporting, vendor coordination and performance monitoring
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and contribute to maintaining a safe, clean and vibrant shopping environment

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in relevant disciplines (Business, Marketing, Property/Hospitality Management preferred)
  • 2 years or above of experience in shopping mall operations, property management, customer service or event promotion; fresh graduates with strong potential will be considered
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and self-motivated
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
