Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute promotion events, marketing campaigns and festive activities to enhance shopper experience and support tenant business
- Manage daily mall operations, tenant communications, customer relations and complaint handling
- Operate customer service hotline and respond to enquiries/complaints efficiently
- Provide administrative and on-site support for mall management, including reporting, vendor coordination and performance monitoring
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and contribute to maintaining a safe, clean and vibrant shopping environment
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in relevant disciplines (Business, Marketing, Property/Hospitality Management preferred)
- 2 years or above of experience in shopping mall operations, property management, customer service or event promotion; fresh graduates with strong potential will be considered
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and self-motivated
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
