Responsibilities:

  • Implement divisional sales strategies and achieve sales targets for compressor equipment within the assigned territory.

  • Identify and develop new customers across target industries.

  • Provide accurate and timely sales and market updates to the Sales Manager.

  • Deliver technical training and support to customers.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.

  • Collaborate with aftermarket teams to ensure high-quality after-sales service.

  • Work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

  • Coordinate with marketing for campaign and promotional support.

  • Manage accounts receivable in line with company credit policies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in machinery or equipment sales.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

  • Fluency in Cantonese is a must, and good command of English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Willingness to travel.
