Duties:
- Work with the technical team to maintain and update accessories performance test protocols and documentation
- Collaborate with global SMEs on protocol development and complex product assessments
- Participate in product reviews, develop test plans and identify construction and material risks during product reviews at development stage
- Review the failed material and product test results and recommend disposition; communicate technical findings to vendors and review the Root Cause Analysis (RCA)s and CAPAs submitted by the vendors
- Coordinate with labs to ensure consistent protocol execution and support escalations
- Monitor recurring quality issues, analyze trends, and escalate when needed
- Deliver vendor training on protocols, updates, and program requirements
- Align with company’s governance model and client’s program expectations
- Drive program consistency and continuous improvement
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Engineering, Quality Management, Chemistry or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product testing, materials or quality assurance
- Prior experience working with retailers or brands, ideally in accessories or hardlines product quality management
- Strong technical background with the ability to provide technical advice and support to the client and vendors
- Proven program management skills, with the ability to collaborate across regions and engage technical experts
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and documentation abilities
- Fluent in English with good communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
