Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and Japanese-speaking clients to ensure smooth operations and successful product development. Collaboration is key as you contribute to the seamless functioning and effective creation of products.
• Assist in the analysis of quarterly forecasts to align them with merchandising strategies in the Japanese Market. Your involvement in this process will help identify trends and guide decision-making to optimize market performance.
• Take charge of managing and following up with the production line to guarantee product quality. Your attention to detail and oversight will ensure that the products meet high standards of excellence.
• Act as a liaison between internal and external customers, meticulously tracking the progress of product development. By maintaining effective communication, you will keep everyone informed and on the same page.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion, Textiles, or a related discipline.
• Preferably have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in cut & sewn knit product. Prior experience in this field will be advantageous.
• Demonstrate excellent command of both written and spoken Japanese and English. Strong language skills in both languages are essential for effective communication.
• Exhibit a deep understanding of the Japanese market, consumer preferences, and fashion trends. Your knowledge will contribute to market success and strategic decision-making.
• Be willing to travel overnight to China as required. This flexibility is necessary to fulfill job responsibilities effectively.
