Working collaboratively with the team to ensure that HRSS tasks are completed to a high standard and within the agreed-upon timeframes (SLAs).
Reporting any potential operational or customer issues to your supervisor.
Supporting process improvement initiatives to make operations more efficient and beneficial for internal customers.
Assisting your supervisor in evaluating existing business processes, rules, metrics, and standard operating procedures to identify areas for improvement.
Assisting the manager in collaborating with key stakeholders to identify areas for optimization and developing solutions to streamline processes and enhance value.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in an HR Shared Services environment.
Being independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
Willingness to challenge the status quo and strive for continuous improvement.
Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure.
