Description:

  • Responsible for providing administrative support in Employee benefits claims team
  • Handle routine claims administrative support including filling, preparing report, issuing letters etc.
  • Assist on claims related processing and data entry.
  • Assisting the team to achieve performance standards and improving work processes.

Qualification:

  • General experience in office administration, particularly within the insurance industry, demonstrating a commitment to supporting others.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering excellent service to our members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to contribute to our team's success.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English
  • Openness to a 3 to 6-month commitment, with flexibility in working hours and pay arrangements.
  • Working Location: Wong Chuk Hang
