Job Description
- Conduct food safety and hygiene audit at stores to ensure compliance with the internal standards, and provide recommendations for correction and improvement
- Arrange and carry out product verification test
- Conduct quality checking of food materials
- Provide food safety and hygiene training to store staff
- Assist in implementation and maintenance of ISO22000, ISO 9001 & HACCP system
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Food Science or related Science discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in food safety & hygiene audit
- Basic knowledge on ISO 22000, HACCP and GMP
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Immediate available is an advantage
