Job Description:

What we are looking for

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience in Business Analyst role in financial / insurance industry

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Independent with high flexibility

• Able to work independently and under pressure

• Self-initiated and have a strong drive to learn

• Able to clearly articulate business processes and ideas verbally and in written English

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Hands-on experience in using SQL will be an advantage

On the job you will:

• Review and analyze requests from various teams and value streams

• Build consensus and facilitate discussion with related stakeholders and IT development teams

• Elicit user requirements, perform impact analysis, propose and document the end-to-end solutions

• Present systems training to business users

• Own, investigate and resolve systems and project issues
