Description:
- Responsible for providing administrative support in Employee benefits claims team
- Handle routine claims administrative support including filling, preparing report, issuing letters etc.
- Assist on claims related processing and data entry.
- Assisting the team to achieve performance standards and improving work processes.
Qualification:
- General experience in office administration, particularly within the insurance industry, demonstrating a commitment to supporting others.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering excellent service to our members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to contribute to our team's success.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English
- Working Location: Wong Chuk Hang
