Our Client is a SME mobile development education product company, you will play a critical role in driving our technical strategy, innovation, and product development. You will lead a team of developers and oversee the technological aspects of our business, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality mobile education products and solutions. Managing 5 Developers. 

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the company's overall technical vision and strategy, aligned with business goals and market trends.
2. Lead and manage a team of developers and technical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
3. Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and marketing, to define product roadmaps, features, and release plans.
5. Drive the development and implementation of scalable and robust mobile education products and solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry best practices, and educational trends, and identify opportunities to leverage them in the development of innovative products.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Technical Director, or similar leadership role in the mobile development or edtech industry.
2. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in mobile application development, preferably for educational products.
3. In-depth knowledge of mobile development technologies, frameworks, and platforms (iOS, Android, React Native, etc.).
4. Experience with cloud-based architecture, scalable infrastructure, and backend technologies.
5. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management practices.
6. Demonstrated experience in managing and leading cross-functional development teams.
7. Strong strategic thinking and vision, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
