Our client is looking for IT Manager (Support & Infrastructure) (30-35K).
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, including network connectivity problems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of network equipment, such as routers and switches.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide step-by-step instructions or guidance.
- Document and track support requests, including the details of problems and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to recurring issues.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT staff or third-party vendors.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Familiarity with network protocols, troubleshooting, and basic network administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing exceptional support.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
